In relation to the content of your images, certificates, signatures, and PDF documents, we confirm that RMN Image Tools does not access, view, index, transmit, or store your graphic files on any external server. All operations execute strictly within your local browser memory (RAM) and are permanently wiped once your tab is closed or your download is complete.
4. For Which Purposes and Under Which Legal Basis Do We Process Data?
a) Service Execution & Browser Logic
To deliver instantaneous image compression, cropping, signature scaling, and format conversions locally. (GDPR Article 6.1(b)).
b) User Queries & Support
To respond to bug reports, feedback, and portal compliance inquiries submitted through our contact desk. (GDPR Article 6.1(f)).
c) Statutory Compliance
To protect platform security against automated DDoS scraping and verify legal integrity. (GDPR Article 6.1(c)).
d) Essential Locale Persistence
To store your chosen language selection across our 36 supported regional and global locales in local storage.
5. Do We Disclose Your Data to Third Parties or Transfer it Internationally?
We strictly do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data. Disclosures are limited solely to lawful regulatory mandates or trusted edge delivery networks (CDNs) that cache static JavaScript, CSS, and SVG code libraries closer to your geographic location to optimize sub-second page loading.
Where technical network traffic crosses international borders, RMN Image Tools enforces European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC Module 4: Processor-to-Controller) safeguards.

Processed solely in volatile local browser memory and eradicated as soon as the session tab is closed.

監管附錄與法律框架
附錄 I - 資料處理協定 (DPA)
本資料處理協定適用於企業使用者使用 RMN 影像工具進行客戶文件批次格式化的情況。
處理範圍：嚴格限於使用者啟動的影像調整大小、格式編碼、裁剪和在瀏覽器記憶體中本地執行的 PDF 創建。
子處理器：RMN 影像工具使用零個第三方雲端資料子處理器來進行影像有效負載轉換。
資料傳回與刪除：處理後的檔案仍由使用者實際擁有，並在會話終止時立即清除。
附錄 II - 標準合約條款（SCC 模組 4）
對於源自歐洲經濟區 (EEA)、英國或瑞士的國際資料傳輸，RMN Image Tools 遵守歐盟委員會的標準合約條款（SCC 模組 4：處理器到控制器）。
由於影像內容保留在使用者端點裝置上，因此用戶端隔離可作為滿足 GDPR 第 46 條要求的最終技術和組織保障 (TOM)。
